I can get to the Web Interface page, but I can't login. Why is this?

If the domain has been setup in the Mail server and you still can't login, make sure that for the UserID you type in the user AND domain (i.e. sales@domain.com).
 
This is a common mistake. Next make sure that user has been created and you are using the correct password.
