We are half way around the world (India) so when it is daytime in India it is nite time in usa. How do you handle this situation?

The time difference is inconsequential. While our phone support hours are based on US time, all support emails are monitored 24/7. We pride ourselves on our response time of less than 4 hours per support email.

As developers we also know that email responses give you a written record of the fix for any problem you might have had.
