How do I disable greylisting for my domain

If you believe that the server greylisting is affecting legitimate messages  properly reaching your inbox you do have the option to disable it on a per domain basis.

To access this feature, you must first login to your WebAdministration tool located at http://mail.yourdomain.com. You must login as the domain administrator in order to access this setting.

In the treeview on the left hand side, first expand domains, then click on your domain name. In the right hand pane you will see your main domain settings displayed. Under the Advanced heading, you will see a greylisting option with a check box that will be checked by default. To disable greylisting, simply clear the checkbox and hit save at the bottom of the page.

Please note that Greylisting has been proven to be quite effective for spam filtering, and disabling this feature will cause a marked increase in the amount of Spam which you receive to your inboxes.
