Setting up Windows Live Mail

Download and install Mail - Windows Live

After installing you will need to launch Windows Live Mail.

The first time you run Windows Live Mail it will walk you through the steps necessary to setup your mail.

Fill out the correct information, select Manually Configure server settings and then click next.

Under Add an E-mail Account use the following settings:
My Incoming mail server: POP3
Incoming mail: mail.MyDomain.com (Replacing MyDomain with Your Domain)
Log on using: Clear text
Login ID: Use the full email address, for example Admin@MyDomain.com
Outgoing server: mail.MyDomain.com (Replacing MyDomain with Your Domain)
My outgoing server requires authentication: Checked

*If you tried the above steps and continue to experience issues, try changing the default SMTP port from 25 to 587.  It is necessary to shut down Outlook and restart it.  More information can be found here.
