How do I cancel a MaxV, MaxESP or Enterprise Shared Plan?

In order to cancel your account with Cbeyond, formally MaximumASP you will need to submit a request via ticket to Cancellations@CbeyondCloudServices.com prior to your next billing cycle. This request must include the following information:

· Account Number:

· Device or Devices you would like canceled:

· Date you would like the cancellation to be effective (cannot be retroactive):

· Specific reason for cancellation:

· Your support pass phrase or the last 4 digits of the credit card currently on file for your Account:

When selecting the effective date of your cancellation request please note that our services are billed in advance,  and that per our Terms of Service, no prorated credits will be processed as a result of your requested cancellation date. With this being said it is in your best interest to request that your services be cancelled 24 to 72 hours prior to your accounts next billing date in order to have access to your device and or services for the full term in which it has already been paid.

Once this ticket is received your cancellation will be processed either the day prior to the date of your next billing cycle or on the date you specify in the ticket (whichever is furthest out).  Again, please note that you cannot specify a date in the past as your cancellation date due to the fact that refunds or pro ration of amounts already charged are not allowed.
